Perfect stop enroute from Baltimore to home. We opted for the Scampi x 2. Excellent value. 10 Euro fish & chips. Served with tartar sauce, peas & wedge of Lemon. Vista from picnic table over the valley to Rosscarbery. Just gorgeous. Very clean area. 2 very friendly dogs part of the home grounds. Pigs & hens to show the kids. Toilets spotless. Bins provided for waste one for food rubbish other for cans , plastic bottles. Lovely young girl & lad serving. Look forward to popping in again enroute from Baltimore. Had chips here before with fish basket whilst in car park down the road. New venue much nicer. Well worth supporting too.

  We cannot recommend the fish basket enough.the most amazing lunch we have had in a long time.mouth watering,plate licking,delicious food devoured by grown ups and kids alike .staff were sooo friendly ,efficient and accommodating.location was unbelievable. utterly fab Sunday morning treat after a run, coffee and scone in the cafe. lively menu. cosy. buzzy and could have sat there all day. fab atmosphere. can't wait to go back again... well done Peter and gang.

  Not what we were expecting, so much more. Beautiful crispy batter on perfectly cooked fish, mussels to die for and if you didn't want fish and chips, other great choices available. We all agreed it was the best seafood around. Really friendly and helpful people and we were also able to sit outside with our dog, who enjoyed it as well. Can't wait to go again.

  We had a lovely walk along the beach and stopped for some food. Everything was beyond delicious. Fish tacos, mushroom soup, shrimp scampi, to name a few. The freshest ingredients. All came with delicious brown bread. We will definitely be returning.

  What a great place. Front of house lady is very friendly and welcoming. It was mad busy but we got a nice little table for two; waited about thirty minutes for out food but it was well worth the wait; no fuss, no frills just honest, simple and tasty food in a fab location. An absolute cracker of a business.
