July 14, 2019Called in yesterday evening with my sister. Amazing scampi, crab sandwich, chips and 2 x soft drinks - €20 ! Great value and lovely fresh seafood. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely atmosphere friendly staff and was so great to see the owner Peter having a friendly word with all ... Would highly recommend the scones and flat white were scrumptious... Looking forward to my next visit ... 10 outta 10

November 7, 2018 Pleased to visit The Fish Basket in these premises. A step up from a car park by the N71. Have been looking forward to coming here on our holiday in Ireland. The fish tacos were excellent. Friendly service.

August 21, 2019 What a great place. Front of house lady is very friendly and welcoming. It was mad busy but we got a nice little table for two; waited about thirty minutes for out food but it was well worth the wait; no fuss, no frills just honest, simple and tasty food in a fab location. An absolute cracker of a business.

Loved the fish it was so fresh, the scampi was the nicest I have ever had with generous portions, the kids were fighting over the cod in batter. Look forward to having it again, also lovely family enviorment with very friendly staff
