  We cannot recommend the fish basket enough.the most amazing lunch we have had in a long time.mouth watering,plate licking,delicious food devoured by grown ups and kids alike .staff were sooo friendly ,efficient and accommodating.location was unbelievable.   Fabulous food served by the sea on the beautiful Long Strand. Delicious fresh fish ! The restaurant is in a rustic wooden hut at the entrance to the beach, it’s well worth a visit you won’t be disappointed.

  This is a hidden gem. On our way to Skibbereen we made a special detour to here. Our 1st visit and we were not disappointed. On the strand with fab views we were able to walk off our dinner. The decor is quirky and fun. At peak times you may have to wait for table but so worth it. All the staff were very pleasant and friendly. We had 1 of the sharing platter the nicest and freshest fish I think I've ever tasted. very reasonably priced. Home made chips were yum. will definitely be going here again.

Fish was beautiful, cod, I don't eat cod, but person who had it said it was very good. Shame the chips were the frozen variety. Have to have fresh chips for a good "fish and chips" . I had a burger, which itself was lovely. Unfortunately, it was saturated with some kind of sauce and cheese added, which I did not ask for or want. I will be back there and be more specific when I order. Fresh chips please.
